Our Team

Inah is a nationally certified medical auditor adept in increasing process efficiency and profitability through functional & technical analysis.  With almost 10 years of experience in the healthcare environment, she has expertise in medical coding and documentation successfully improving the revenue cycle with an emphasized focus on fraud, abuse, and penalty violations based on state and federal guidelines.  She conducts internal provider audits to maintain the practice compliance work plan while also ensuring accurate and up-to-date provider profiles on the appropriate databases required for governmental and commercial payer credentialing.  Inah brings strong customer service and clerical management skills to the team to lead by example. She is extremely passionate about overseeing all tasks from start to finish.

Coming from the island of Saipan to Washington, Inah started out as a Supportive Living Instructor, SLI providing care to patients in their home setting.  Since then, she has remained in the healthcare environment gaining experience and customer service skills from one department to the next from a medical receptionist to contracting and billing management.

Inah obtained her medical coder, biller, and auditor certification through the American Academy of Professional Coders and is currently continuing her education.

In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and cooking.
