Online Store Return Policy

At Spectrum Dermatology of Seattle, we offer you an excellent selection of skin care products and supplements that fit our profile of our customers.  We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  You may request a return within 30 days of the purchase date.  We accept returns for defective and non-defective products. The items in which you want to returned must be unopened, unused, with original seals and packaging intact. If you feel you have received a faulty, damaged, or wrong product shipped, this will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by contacting our support team via email listed below.

We do not except any exchanges for other products. 

How Do I Begin my Return Request?

Customers will need to email Spectrum Dermatology of Seattle’s online store at [email protected] to receive a RAN (Return Authorization Number).

Only items purchased from Spectrum Dermatology of Seattle online store at www.spectrumdermatologyseattle.com/shop/ can be returned to Spectrum Dermatology of Seattle’s online store. If you purchased your product at our clinic in Seattle, please visit the In Clinic Return Policy page.

  1. Product returns and/or refunds will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Expired products, trial size, and gift with purchase products are ineligible for return/refund.
  3. Your order will not be eligible for return if the product has been used, tampered with, or altered in any way.
  4. All returns must be accompanied by all original packaging, materials and accompanied by receipt for proof of date purchased including, billing address, shipping address and order number.

To offer the best shopping and product-return experience to as many guests as possible, Spectrum Dermatology of Seattle reserves the right to limit the number of order returns/refunds, and the number of product returns/refunds per customer per calendar year.  We also reserve the right to refuse an unauthorized return or refund due to any false information given about the return.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to sender and no refund granted.

Shipping and handling charges, if any, are non-refundable.

When will my return be processed?

Once Spectrum Dermatology of Seattle receives your product return and is determined to be an authorized return, we will initiate the process and refund to your credit card used during this purchase. You will receive an email with information about this return.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.  Typically, between 7-10 days.

The return/refund process may be delayed or denied if the authorized return is not properly addressed and/or is missing the Return Authorization Number or other required documentation.

At the discretion of Spectrum Dermatology of Seattle, damaged, broken in transit, leaking or defective products purchased within 30 days may be partially refunded or replaced at no charge only after close inspection.

Spectrum Dermatology of Seattle is not responsible for any shipment of packages being returned that are damaged or lost in transit.  It is recommended you use USPS, UPS or FEDEX and retain both receipt and tracking number and any insurance if return is of high value for proof of shipment.
