I was referred to Dr Zook by another MD. Dr Zook is always very personable and she takes the time to listen to your concerns. She suggested ideas but never pushed you towards a solution. She explained the various approaches, she gave you the pro and con of each. My husband and I have been treated by Dr Zook over 15 years now and we continue to see her annually to make sure that we don’t miss anything. Dr Zook is the best of physicians who genuinely cares for your health. We appreciate her care and dedication to her profession.
Had a fabulous experience with Dr.Paula Zook, as always! I have been a patient of Dr. Zook’s practice for over 15 years. She is excellent with medical and cosmetic Dermatology! I trust her judgment implicitly! Dr. Zook will always give her honest input on cosmetic procedures and will make sure to never “overdo” anything, which I appreciate! The practice sells a variety of products including very moderately priced lines, so something for everyone! Can’t recommend her enough!

I am almost hesitant to write a review because I don’t want Dr Zook to get too busy! She’s THAT good. I’ve seen many dermatologist in my skin journey and by far she’s the most thorough at skin checks. Her surgical skills are amazing. Cannot recommend her enough.

I don't usually leave reviews for a product or business unless I absolutely love it or have a very disappointing experience. In this case, I absolutely LOVE it! My son is on the spectrum and loves bubble baths, but they usually leave his skin dry, itchy, and uncomfortable. He also HATES lotions because they rarely dry completely and always make him feel "sticky" or "wet." Although I don't live near Spectrum Dermatology since I'm in another state, I truly love both their products and their customer service. My orders always arrive sooner than expected, are carefully packaged, and I really appreciate the samples they include, which let me try new products before deciding to purchase them.
Dr. Zook and her assistants are a complete blessing! Perfect balance if expertise, professionalism, and genuine compassion. I'm just so grateful for them!
I have seen both Dr. Cooper and Dr. Zook and had a great experiences with both. I recently had an issue with the site of a mole removal Dr. Zook did several months after the procedure, and she fit me in same-day to take a look at it. Both of them have communicated very clearly about what procedures will entail, possible complications, etc. which I really appreciate.
