Dr. Zook and the staff I encountered were all friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The atmosphere in the office is calm and professional. Even the waiting room feels relaxing, and I appreciate the attention to detail, from a pretty chandelier sparkling above to the air filters and hand sanitizer in place.
I brought my elderly aunt to see Dr. Roshni, and after 3 months, her skin condition cleared, & she gave us helpful tips on how to manage & maintain it. Dr. Roshni was thorough, gentle, & incorporated at-home treatment with everyday/over-the-counter ingredients that really worked! She was also very kind & always made us feel that she truly cared about my aunt's well-being. Thank you!!

The only issue I have is the parking situation. There are not enough parking spaces and the spaces are too small for a normal size car.

Dr. Zook is very thorough and knowledgeable. She explains things well and is prompt at returning results. On top of that she is kind and approachable. I couldn’t ask for a better dermatologist!
Office experience was fine, though the Doctor was running late. The only complaint I have is that parking is available under the building and I was never informed of that option beforehand. It took me an extra half hour finding street parking, after which I was not able to find a Pay Station that allowed me to pay anything more than three minute increments. Parking information should be included in conversations with the clinic once an appointment has been made.
