Dr. Zook is the BEST! She is very knowledge, professional, listens and has helped me with many skin issues over the years. I would not go anywhere else!
The staff was friendly and the clinic has its own parking lot, which is uncommon in downtown Seattle. Dr. Zook was great. She was prepared, having read my chart beforehand, and listened to my concerns. Best of all, she successfully came up with a diagnosis and treatment plan when other doctors couldn't.
Dr.Zook has a sharp eye for skin cancer! I’ve been to a few different dermatologist, by far she is the most knowledgeable and professional. She’s personable and a very kind and caring person. I am plagued with Melanoma and the other skin cancers, she’s on it and keeps me going. She’s the best along with her staff. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Love her!
The front desk staff are helpful and beyond friendly. Annie is the best! She explains everything clearly and she is skilled when providing treatment.

The only issue I have is the parking situation. There are not enough parking spaces and the spaces are too small for a normal size car.
