Keesha Jeter, DO, MS

Dr. Keesha Jeter is a dermatologist who provides comprehensive, evidence-based, and compassionate skin care. She believes that healthy skin is fundamental to a patient's overall well-being and confidence. Grounded in a patient-first philosophy, she focuses on collaborative care—listening closely to each individual's goals, providing thorough patient education, and designing tailored, cutting-edge treatment plans. She has a special interest in skin cancer prevention and detection, acne, rosacea, eczema, skin of color, and nail disorders.

Dr. Jeter's path to dermatology is distinguished by over a decade of prior clinical practice. After graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara, she completed her Physician Assistant training at the Stanford University School of Medicine. She then spent more than 10 years practicing Family Medicine in underserved communities, with a strong focus on primary care and women's health. Managing foundational dermatologic conditions in these settings sparked a deep clinical passion for the field, inspiring her to return to school to become a dermatologist.

She earned a Master of Science in Medical Sciences followed by her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from the Western University of Health Sciences, graduating with honors as a member of the Sigma Sigma Phi Osteopathic Honors Society. Dr. Jeter then completed her internal medicine internship at Woodhull Hospital in Brooklyn, New York, before completing her rigorous dermatology residency training at the University of Washington.

Originally from California, Dr. Jeter is delighted to remain in the Seattle area to serve her community. Outside of her clinical and academic duties, she enjoys playing the piano and violin. She also enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, reading, and spending quality time with her husband and family.
