"I am dedicated to delivering precise, evidence-based care with meticulous attention to detail, prioritizing patient trust and long-term skin health outcomes above all else."

Layla Dalton is an elite Licensed Master Esthetician with over 22 years of experience operating within premier dermatology clinics, advanced plastic surgery practices, and medical spas throughout the Seattle area. Since graduating from the prestigious Euro Institute of Skin Care, Layla has dedicated her two-decade career to the clinical management of complex skin conditions and advanced laser technologies.

Layla has trained alongside leading dermatologists, allowing her to develop deep technical expertise in a wide array of advanced clinical procedures. She specializes in laser-based skin rejuvenation and resurfacing (including BBL/IPL), advanced microneedling (Collagen Induction Therapy), and customized medical-grade chemical peels. Her primary clinical passions include the treatment of chronic vascular redness like rosacea and chronic erythema, as well as complex pigmentation disorders such as melasma, dyschromia, and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH).

Known for her meticulous attention to detail and a thoughtful, patient-centered approach, Layla prioritizes patient education. She ensures that every treatment plan is paired with a curated home-care regimen to protect and maximize clinical outcomes.

When she isn’t helping her patients achieve healthy, confident skin, Layla loves immersing herself in Seattle’s vibrant performing arts scene, listening to her favorite podcasts, and spending time outdoors. An accomplished home cook, she has a particular passion for fresh Pacific Northwest seafood—and even boasts a special talent for shucking oysters like a true local pro.

Clinical & Procedural Expertise:

  • Aesthetic Laser & Light Therapies: Advanced skin resurfacing, rejuvenation, and targeted BBL/IPL treatments.

  • Collagen Induction Therapy: Precise medical microneedling for acne scarring, fine lines, and textural irregularities.

  • Pigment & Erythema Management: Clinical protocols for fading melasma, dyschromia, PIH, and managing rosacea-related redness.

  • Clinical Extractions & Peels: Meticulous comedone/milia extractions and customized chemical peels tailored to skin tolerance.

Advanced Management of Rosacea & Pigmentation Disorders

Addressing chronic facial redness and stubborn pigmentation requires an analytical, patient-specific approach. Layla utilizes evidence-based therapies to safely target vascular issues and uneven skin tone at the cellular level. By combining advanced light-based systems (like BBL) with specialized topical protocols, she effectively down-regulates vascular inflammation in rosacea and breaks up deep melanin deposits in melasma and dyschromia without triggering further post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
